The original diameter of the swaybars of an MX83 Cressida:

Front: 22mm (solid)

Rear: 10mm (solid)

Largus

Largus produced a professional grade set swaybar set. They claim to have gone out of production as of about 2006. The rear bar is 27mm in diameter.

The bar is characterized by a blue finish with black bushings.

ARC

Arc produced a swaybar set for a while for the jzx81.

The ARC swaybar sets is characterized by a white finish.

Whiteline

Whiteline of Australia produces a swaybar upgrade. it is the most common swaybar upgrade for MX83 owners.

The whiteline swaybar is usually finished in yellow.

K-Mac

K-Mac of Australia produces a swaybar set, and may be available in two different rear swaybar sizes.


27mm Front Sway Bar

21mm Rear Sway Bar

18mm Rear Sway Bar

K-Mac finishes it's products in a light orange finish.

Saner Fab

Saner Performance Fabrication of Port St. Lucie, Florida, produced a 25mm rear swaybar for jzxproject.com/bbs owner/member Brian of Mesa, AZ.

Currently there is no response from Saner, and the company is very unlikely to produce any more.


Things that Break

Rear lower mount tabs

The rear endlink mounts on the lower arms have broken in the past, if you run a bigger swaybar, consider beefing up the tab.

Bushing Mounts

The mounting area for the bushings on the rear subframe is also quite small. making a stronger mount in this area would be a really good idea.
